This is a LEGO Atlantis worker minifigure. It's from the LEGO Atlantis series, which was released over 10 years ago, so I believe it's discontinued. It was on display, so I don't think there are any major scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition. The face is double-sided, with printing on the back as well, so you can enjoy two different expressions.
