This is a 3D volume sleeve sweater released in a past collaboration between Uniqlo and Mame Kurogouchi. The size is XL, and while it's not impossible for me, who is 163cm and 65kg, to wear it, it has a fairly large fit. I think it's easy to coordinate with an inner garment that has a less revealing neckline, etc.
