This is a work shirt I purchased a long time ago. There is fraying on the stripes above the left chest pocket, and a repair from the back that was done when I bought it. If you attach a patch or something, there's no problem with wearing it. I've included an example image with a vintage patch attached. It's an old item, so there is some minor soiling.
