This is a floral dress from Sergent Major, purchased in France. It comes with pants in the same pattern! The gathered detail on the chest and the ribbon on the shoulders are cute (≧∇≦) Brand new, never worn, with tags. The size is indicated as 74, but I think it's equivalent to a Japanese size 80.
