This is a set of two. I am not considering selling them individually, so thank you for your understanding. Also, there are no included accessories such as bolts. Everything is as shown in the photos. Made of carbon fiber, the pattern is beautiful and lightweight, and the simple design should suit any bicycle. One has a chip in the mounting hole, but it doesn't go through to the back, so it should be usable without any problems. (See photos 6 and 7)
