I purchased this here and have been using it for six months. Operation has been confirmed, and it can measure weight/feeding amount. Made in 2019. The batteries will be removed before shipping. Please use them as test batteries. It has been lightly cleaned, but will be disinfected with alcohol again just before packing. Only the main unit in the photos is included. There is no mat, but I used a bath towel, etc., and didn't find it inconvenient. I've priced it lower accordingly, so please consider it.
