Purchased in a store in 2022. It hasn't been three full years, and since there were no smokers or pets, I think the condition is good. I'll also include curtain hooks if you'd like. The thick, heavy fabric is perfect for use in cold regions. I'm selling it because the size no longer fits after my move. P.S. I found a small fray (see image 4), but I don't think it's noticeable.
