Purchased from UGG in Hawaii. I wore them with care, but there are scuffs and creases/folds from use. I have taken care of them regularly, using waterproof spray and brushing them. I believe the heels are not very worn down. Please check the condition in the images. I discarded the box, so they will be wrapped in cushioning material and shipped in a paper bag.
