This is a super rare NEOGEO MVS converter, the phantom-1. I used it two or three times and then stored it in its box in a dark place, so considering its age, it's in relatively good condition overall. Please check the photos. In the last photo, I slightly shaved the edge because it was too tight to insert the MVS software. Thank you.
