There are scratches overall. I have tried to include them all in the images, so please take a look. There is a small hole on the inside of the bag, so I have applied tape (image 10). The rubber part of the handle has deteriorated, and rubber fragments stick to your hands every time you hold it (image 9). The casters and other functions should be fine. The outer pocket is convenient for various things.
