It has a ribbon. It has been dry cleaned. I only wore it once, but there is a thread pull of about 1mm on the front right center. Also, the elastic in the waist has deteriorated due to age. When I inspected it and pulled on it, it didn't return to its original shape. The ends of the elastic are sewn to the fabric. Please forgive any oversights.
