Chinese Yixing Zisha Teapot (Kyusu) Brand new, unused. Purchased in Yixing, China about 10 years ago. Yixing is a famous production area for Chinese teaware, and Yixing Zisha teaware is the most famous pottery in China. Its main features include: * Absorbs impurities, enhancing the flavor of tea. * High heat retention, and it doesn't get hot to the touch when filled with hot water. * Develops a unique luster on the surface with long-term use, becoming more beautiful. Approximately 7.5cm in height, about 16.5cm from the spout to the handle. There are inscriptions on the bottom, lid, and handle. Minor scratches are from the handmade manufacturing process (please check images 9 and 10), and while they are not very noticeable, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection. Recommended for everyday use, as well as for collection.
