It has a lining, and feels smooth and comfortable when worn. There are side pockets on both sides and back hip pockets. I bought these and have only worn them twice. I barely remember wearing them at all, so the wear time was also short. The condition is good, and I don't intend to sell them, so I will not be offering any discounts in the future.
