This is the Ur-Dragon from the Wild Zootant series. Comes with a booklet, no outer bag. The booklet has a small crease on the left corner, but it doesn't affect reading. See photo 6. I ended up with a duplicate, so I've been storing it in a toy box. Since it's been taken out of the bag, I'm selling it as a used item.
