This is a navy blue thread-laced chest-and-shoulder Okegawa-do armor made by Marutake Sangyo. There is damage to the armor box (image 6), rust on the rising tortoise shell gold of the shin guards (image 7), and minor scratches overall, but I believe it is generally in good condition.
