This is a PILOT fountain pen. It's a Custom Heritage 912 model, with a 14K SM (Soft Medium) nib. It uses a converter. I received this as a working item, but I haven't personally tested it for writing. The nib appears to be free of chips or major damage. There are some minor scratches from normal use.
