This is a case-only listing. When the charger is connected, the lamp lights up as shown in image 1, so it doesn't seem to be broken. However, since there are no earphones, I haven't been able to confirm if it actually charges, so please be aware of this. The exterior shows a lot of wear and tear overall, with scratches, paint peeling, etc. The text on the bottom is also difficult to read, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
