This was Bauer's first carbon boot and the top junior model of the Supreme line at the time. The original runner was Lightspeed 2.1 Power, but it has been replaced with Black Edge. It has not been used for hockey. This is for advanced skaters. Beginners and intermediate skaters will not be able to fully utilize it. *It is not necessarily true that top models are easier to skate with. Choosing skates that fit your bone structure is important.
