This is a pre-owned, opened item. The packaging has minor scratches. The obi (sleeve) has a fold. The pins for attaching the lightsaber are stored in a zippered bag to prevent loss. The lightsaber's light-up function has not been tested. All accessories are included. I do not smoke, but I own a cat.
