I've been making small doll kimono strap charms, and I have a lot of silk and gold brocade fabric, so I decided to make covers for liquor bottles. It's not something you "dress" on, but a simple cover that just slips over the top. It's made from a vibrant green silk fabric with a pattern, taken from a disassembled furisode kimono. The size is made to fit a 720ml bottle of Urakasumi sake, and I haven't tried it on other bottles like wine bottles. It's a self-taught, trial-and-error creation, so it's full of imperfections to be called a "kimono style," hence "Japanese style"... I hope you can enjoy the Japanese atmosphere.
