I received this as a gift and used it when my child was a preschooler. It's roomy, has ventilation holes under the arms, and was easy to wear. It also comes with a bag to store the raincoat. It has been home-cleaned. While there are no noticeable scratches or stains on the raincoat itself, the included bag has a faint stain as shown in the 13th photo. Also, there is a name written on the inside name tag of the raincoat (which will be marked out with black before delivery), so it is listed as "has scratches and stains."
