This is an AVEST reflector for the Alphard 30. The right-side reflector has partially melted along with the rear bumper due to the heat from the muffler, but it still lights up. The left side is fine. I've used it for a little over a year, and the mileage during that year was about 6000km, so I don't think the bulbs are very worn. The wiring is amateur DIY, so it's messy, but please purchase if you don't mind.
