One owner, so the packaging has no noticeable scratches or stains. The original pamphlet and questionnaire postcard that came with the CD when it was new are also included. The case has some minor storage scratches that are not very noticeable. Please understand. CD playback: I had no problems playing it at home. I didn't take a picture of the disc surface because it didn't photograph well. I listened to the CD again on September 10th when listing it, and there were no errors such as skipping. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items due to home storage. I will pack it carefully and ship it.
