This is a K18 red garnet pendant top. It is stamped with "K18" and "1.87". It has an oval cut and is set with four prongs. The hole for the necklace on the top is small, so if your necklace doesn't fit, please have it adjusted at a local jewelry repair shop, or use a necklace with a through-pin type. No case is included.
