This is a confectionery container I purchased at an antique market. I liked the persimmon lacquer work and brought it home. It has a nice atmosphere just by placing it out from autumn to winter. It looks great just by putting some sweets in it and placing it on the table. There are some lacquer chips on the edge. According to the shop owner, it's a piece from the Meiji, Taisho, or early Showa periods. Size: Width 14 cm Height 7 cm (including lid)
