This is a mouthpiece for a B♭ clarinet made by YAMAHA. It's the mouthpiece that comes with models like the YCL-450, and it's characterized by its high uniformity and good balance. I bought it when I was a beginner, but I didn't use it much because I switched to a 5RV Lyre soon after.
