This is a stainless steel knife I received as a souvenir when I visited Mr. Toshiro Kanda's restaurant. I am selling it because I have no opportunity to use it at home. Regarding the condition, it has been stored unused for many years, so the metal surface is slightly dull. In order to remove the dullness, I have polished it with a rust-removing eraser, so there are some scratches remaining. There is no problem with the sharpness.
