This is a request from a family member. It's a handmade plate with a lot of character. It features a crab illustration, and while the colors are the same, the shape of each crab is slightly different because they are hand-drawn. It has a rough, textured feel. This is especially noticeable on the underside. It appears to be new and unused. Apparently, they've been meaning to use it but never got around to it.
