It has been stored unused. I believe I purchased this as a used item that was unused. It had been stored in a pouch for a long time, and the pouch shows yellowing due to aging. There was a smell inside the pouch and on the wig itself, likely due to the stagnant air from being unopened for a long time. When I brought it close to my face, I could smell that and the product's scent. So, I used the Aquadoor wig shampoo and conditioner that I own to maintain it. I air-dried it and finished with Aquadoor care mist. After maintenance, the original smell is gone. Now it smells of shampoo and conditioner. Please check images 16 to 19 to assess the condition after maintenance. I believe it is still in good condition. The attachment pins are shiny, and the wig feels very soft. The pouch was sun-dried for a day and disinfected with alcohol. There is a slight plastic smell. A shampoo and brush were included as accessories. I will dispose of the shampoo as I don't think it's usable. I have the box, but it's for dark brown. I will erase the "dark brown" text. The box shows signs of aging and dirt.
