When I visited the Osaka-Kansai Expo, I received this from a kind staff member at the Spanish Pavilion, who offered it to my family. It's a valuable item (Asutrias?) only for staff members, from the current event. I thought this would be my first and last expo, and since I don't collect badges, I decided to offer it to a collector. It's unopened, still in the bag as I received it. There may be initial scratches, but I couldn't see any with the naked eye. Thank you for your understanding.
