I believe this was a prize given out when the Tennis no Ouji-sama (The Prince of Tennis) volume 40.5 was released. I received it by mail and have kept it in its original condition for nearly 20 years. (It was just the clear file in an envelope. It was reinforced with cardboard to prevent bending.) It is unused, but please understand that due to amateur storage and the long storage period, there may be some minor scratches or scuffs from handling when taking it out.
