A beautiful rug mat with multi-colored floral embroidery. Purchased from a vintage shop in England. The front doesn't have any noticeable stains and I think it's in good condition, but the backing is partially torn. It's not visible from the front, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I think this type of rug is hard to find in Japan. The age is undetermined, but perhaps from the 40s or 50s... I love rugs and have collected various types of floor coverings, but I've run out of storage space, so I'm selling some of them off little by little.
