This is the Artisan & Artist Easy Slider Pro ACAM-38 camera strap. I've used it a few times, and the ends of the attachments (paracord) have some wear where they were passed through the triangular rings, but there are no issues with their strength. (If you're concerned, you could purchase new attachments separately.) Adjusting the length is very easy. You can shorten it for a snug fit while moving around, and quickly extend it when taking photos. In my opinion, the texture of the main strap is excellent; it's soft (not like a seatbelt) and compact, which is great. Two triangular rings are included. Everything in the photos is included.
