Used EVANS POWER CENTER REVERSE DOT 12-inch drumhead. This is similar to REMO's SC Coated, but I think it has a tighter, sharper, and drier sound. I used this on a 12-inch snare drum for about a year, using it irregularly. There are scratches and dirt, but the sound quality hasn't deteriorated. I don't play hard, and there aren't any noticeable stick marks. It's still usable. How about giving it a try? I think it would be interesting to use on a 12-inch tom. The third photo is of the back.
