The heel is 9-10cm at its highest point, but they are very easy to walk in due to the platform. The straps are also adjustable in five stages, so I've never experienced any blisters from them. The size is marked as L on the sole of the sandals. I usually wear sneakers in sizes 24.5cm-25cm. I think they can be adjusted with the straps even if you are around 24cm.
