This is a black COS dress. The top is made of a sturdy jersey material, and the skirt is made of crisp cotton. The photos show a white cloth inserted to make the open back easier to see. The back is quite open, so your bra might be visible. I wore a bra top or a cute patterned camisole underneath. The front is simple, but the back is very cute. I bought it in the summer, but the shop staff told me it would also look great in the winter with a turtleneck underneath. Indeed, even though it's short-sleeved, it doesn't look strange with a sweater underneath. I've washed it several times, so the black may have faded slightly. Therefore, I've marked it as damaged.
