This is a beautiful fukuro obi (formal obi). There are signs of wear from being tied, but overall it is in very good condition. There are about three places where the thread is slightly loose, but it is offered at a reduced price, so please consider this if you are interested. This is a very elegant obi, beautifully woven with fine threads, and is very luxurious. The gold thread throughout gives it a refined look, making it a beautiful fukuro obi. Because of its elegant design, it would be suitable for graduation and entrance ceremonies, weddings, and parties. It can be paired with a tsukesage, homongi, tomesode, or furisode.
