This is a civilian version of the US Army snow parka. I bought it at a used clothing store! It's not a military surplus item, but it's made with attention to detail, such as drawcords and pass-through pockets! The fabric has a crisp feel and is comfortable to wear! There is some minor soiling, but it's in good condition! Depending on the light, it may appear to be off-white rather than pure white! Don't miss this opportunity!
