This is likely a deadstock, heart-patterned vintage bandana. It has a very rare color scheme, and as shown in the third photo, other colors exist. (Only the first one is for sale.) I've been collecting vintage bandanas for about 10 years, and I've never seen this one before. The pattern is the same, but there's no label. It has selvedge edges. I don't know when I'll find another one. It's hard to say how rare it is, but it's one of a kind.
