This is an 80's Boy Scout shirt, made in the USA. There appears to be some adhesive on the lower back. It shows signs of wear, but otherwise has no noticeable damage. The size is 35 x 43 x 58cm for shoulder width, chest width, and length respectively, so it's recommended for those who prefer a snug fit.
