I love the frills on the shoulders, they're so cute, but my daughter considers it a second-string item, and I rarely see her wear it. It was in the dresser drawer the whole time last year. I'm sure she won't wear it anymore, so I'm putting it up for sale. The fabric is stretchy. She hardly wore it, but there are some faded spots, maybe from detergent? Or sun exposure?
