This is an off-shoulder blouse from Mezzo Piano Junior. It's navy and white gingham check. The frill part is flipped up and a bit hard to see, but it has a pattern (embroidery). Only the neck tag is present (no care label). The neck tag says M, so I think it's a 150, but the length is short, so I'm listing it as a 140. Please refer to the images where I measured the length and armpit area with a measuring tape. I don't think it's been worn many times, but there are some scratches and stains on the back (images 5 and 6). Because of the pattern, I think they're not very noticeable. For those who don't mind.
