It has mesh pockets on the left and right sides, a zippered pocket on the front, and pockets on the front and back inside the main bag. I don't see any noticeable damage or stains, so I think it's in good condition, but there is some wear and tear. This is an old model and a used item, so returns and claims are not accepted.
