Circa 1884-1920 A French antique blue plate. I don't have detailed knowledge of the kiln, but it's a beautiful plate with an elegant floral design in cool blue on a warm, deep ecru base. It has a glossy finish and is in very good condition with no chips or lines. There is a slight browning on the surface. Even when held up to the light, there are almost no scratches, and it's in near-unused condition, but as it is an antique, I've marked it as "no noticeable scratches."
