This is a blouse I purchased from Beam Heart. It has a frilled high neck and the sleeves are chiffon-like and fluffy. The cuffs are elasticated, making it easy to roll up the sleeves. There is a small stain on the lower front, but it shouldn't be noticeable if tucked into bottoms. Color: Mocha-ish to Khaki-ish
