Disney Halloween Minnie Costume Frenzy This is a handmade costume. Set Contents: ● Dress (one-piece type, not separate) ● Petticoat (using 2 pink and 1 light blue petticoats, similar to what Minnie wears) ● Head ribbon (pinned on, the pin and ribbon are not attached) ● Ankle ribbon (not worn in the photo) Size is based on a 100 size pattern, with adjustments. The fabric is satin, so it doesn't stretch. My daughter is a standard 90 size and has an average build. The fit is as shown in the photos. She refused to change, so she wore it for about 1.5 hours at the park. We can't go to Disney for a while because we live far away, so I hope someone else can use it.
