It says the B-CAS card cannot be read. I don't know if the card is bad or if the TV itself is bad. Therefore, I will list it as a junk item. No claims and no returns are accepted. Remote control included. The part that supports the base is missing, so the base will come off if you lift it, but there is no problem with normal use for watching TV or playing games.
