Handmade Minnie Mouse Kids Skirt I made this for a trip to Disney. I've used it once or twice. I used a generous amount of fabric, and the skirt has 3-4 layers of tulle, so it flares out nicely. The waist is fully elastic. It's lightly tacked, so please adjust it to your child's waist. Length: 29cm The waist stretches quite a bit, so it can be worn by a child who is 130cm tall. This skirt was made by an amateur, so it's not like a professionally made item. There are some imperfections in the construction. (Especially the back) There are some pills on the tulle on the back of the skirt. There are wrinkles.
