According to the care facility, this cushion is the best, and it was purchased for 22,000 yen. It was used for about six months. As it was an expensive cushion, it was used with a cover and a thin cushion on top. There is a hole on the side and a tear that follows it, but this was present from the time of purchase and is likely not an air release hole. There is a tear of about 5mm on the surface (photo 6), although it is difficult to see. Also, the staff at the care facility has placed white tape on the corner of the surface and written a name on it.
