Comes with a fluffy petticoat; wearing the petticoat underneath makes the dress look airy and gorgeous. I think you can wear it in a chic style when you don't wear the petticoat. There's a zipper on the right side. Waist is about 32cm when laid flat. I don't have a chance to wear it anymore, so I'm selling it at a low price.
